        Our goal is to impart hands-on technology training in “Intelligent Flying Robots – DRONES”

        Workshop feature:

        The workshop is focused to make the participants to understand the basic concepts and operations of the drone technology. Moreover the participants will be able to make the design calculations for their own drone and built a model from the scratch. The drone software development part will also be taught so that the participants can be able to operate the drone with the keyboard and codes, without using the transmitter/remote control. At the end, the participants will be indulged in the basic drone flying session with drones which the participants built and ready-to-fly drones as well.

        Workshop Objective:

        At the end of the session, the participants can,
        • Can understand the basic to advanced concepts of drones
        • Can achieve their own design requirements for their drone.
        • Choose the right components for their drone
        • Can develop basic scripts(program/code) to make autonomous flights
        • Can do modification and upgrades in their drones
        • Can do basic maneuvers on drones
        • Workshop Specification:

          This workshop will be off 30% theory and 70% hands-on practical sessions In the practical sessions, the participants will be given the drone development kit, which comprises of the components and materials required to build a drone. For software development session the participants will be given a virtual box tool kit with all the libraries and packages pre-installed, so that they can get into the operations directly without wasting the time on installation, which is a huge hectic work to do.
